Griffin’s goal is to help all of our associates reach their full potential.
Griffin leads all aspects of the HR function for the our team in Europe.
He is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with leaders, managers, and associates, including providing leadership and direction on a broad range of HR topics ranging from business strategy and organizational design to policy interpretation and associate relations.
In addition, Griffin works on a variety of global projects and initiatives to support our global human resources and people strategy. Specifically, he is responsible for supporting our DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) work which focuses on creating environments where our people can do their best work as asset managers, developers, and service providers.
