Aubrey is responsible for leading our global business operations, including assessing processes, identifying financial and technological risks, determining requirements, delivering recommendations to our executive team, developing best practices and leading strategic projects to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and data integrity.
By collaborating with functions across Pembroke, Aubrey drives operational efficiencies, influences institutional practices, and delivers sustainable solutions and brings a diverse work experience, including work in public accounting, audit, risk and controls, process improvement, business analysis and project management.

- Analysis of business needs, requirements, and specifications
- Process and procedure enhancement through identification of best practices and efficiencies
- Project, risk and change management, including design of controls and facilitation of end-user testing for on-time delivery of solutions
