1st in Fastighetsbarometern’s Office Award

Masterhuset has Sweden’s most satisfied office tenants and took home the victory in the category Small and Medium-sized Companies in this year’s Fastighetsbarometern.

We’re delighted to have achieved 89 points in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the highest among all participating companies – and only one point shy of their own previous record result (the index for the whole sector was 77 points). Our tenants in Mästerhuset and Sveavägen 14 took part in Fastighetsbarometern, which is Sweden’s largest tenant survey for commercial real-estate.

Kristin Willerström, Regional Director, Nordics, at Pembroke, comments: “We are very proud of this result! Fastighetsbarometern is an important tool for our long-term work in offering modern, sustainable and high-quality workplaces which help our tenants successfully run their businesses. We appreciate our tenants’ great commitment to the survey and the valuable feedback provided by their participation.”

Åsa Blomkvist, Commercial Manager at Pembroke, comments:  “We believe the recipe for success is our well-established relationship with our tenants, where we always strive to be fully available and respond swiftly. Our close dialogue with them allows us to better understand their current and future needs. Lately, we have expanded our communication channels, services and facilities on our properties.”

Fastighetsbarometern is jointly organized by the CFI-Group and the Swedish Property Federation. Each year, around 20 of Sweden’s largest commercial property owners participate in the survey, to gain a better understanding of their clients.
