A new ten-year lease for long-term anchor tenant Ardian, the world-leading private investment house has been signed at One Grafton Street.
We have recently completed a program of enhancement works at One Grafton Street, our mixed-use development behind an Edwardian façade, to revitalize the occupier experience through a new arrival and reception area and the creation of world class end-of-trip amenities.
One Grafton Street sits in the heart of London’s affluent Mayfair and comprises modern offices, three ground floor luxury retail units and a three-bed apartment. The improvement works sensitively improves the arrival experience, with a new-look office entrance on Grafton Street and reimagined retail frontage on Hay Hill.
A new landscaping and planting scheme complements the historic existing building, drawing on the features and materials which are prevalent in the surrounding Mayfair area. Inside, new end-of-trip facilities, including bike store and club-style shower and locker areas, enhance the on-site amenities available to Ardian’s London team.
