A luxury specialty retailer Barney’s New York, and the upscale coffee retailer Blue Bottle Coffee, will both open in late 2016.

Takashi Endo, Vice-President, Head of Japan, Asset Management said: We are honored to be able to offer Tri-Seven Roppongi to companies looking to locate to this thriving part of Tokyo, and expect to see more interest from tenants who value the vibrancy and diversity of the Roppongi CBD. Forward-looking, growth-oriented companies with international and creative mind sets will find this to be an ideal fit. Tri-Seven Roppongi is Pembroke’s fourth development project, and first office building, in Japan. We look forward to working with Tokyo Midtown Management to make this a destination property for businesses and consumers alike”
