This week, we announced a new long-term lease agreement with Brown Advisory, LLC at 1801 Pennsylvania Avenue. Brown Advisory, an investment and strategic advisory firm, will relocate their Chevy Chase, Maryland office to the District, occupying the top two-floors of the newly repositioned, 13-story office building.

Brown Advisory’s strategic decision to move its office to Washington, D.C. further demonstrates upward momentum for the downtown commercial market which has seen several notable lease transactions in recent months.
