What attracted you to the role at Pembroke?

The main attraction was the opportunity to set up Pembroke’s German office and to develop an expert team to manage our unique and diverse portfolio across Germany.

What does your day-to-day role at Pembroke entail? Every day brings new and exciting challenges but managing the German team and discussing strategical investments makes up a big part. This includes daily conversations with our colleagues in other locations on asset marketing, design, finance and other wider portfolio projects such as sustainability and digitalisation. We are continuously looking at new ways for our portfolio to meet our occupiers changing needs and close collaboration helps us to ensure that.

What is the best thing about working at Pembroke?

The joy of working on Pembroke’s German portfolio is that you come into close contact with such a variety of companies. From the newest tech start-ups through to Michelin star restaurants and high end fashion retailers.

What is your favourite project you have worked on whilst at Pembroke?

At Pembroke we are consistently looking after our assets and trying to enhance them. These improvements have led to interesting projects such as lobby refurbishments or investing in state-of-the-art digital infrastructure across our assets. I’m currently working on a new initiative that comprises a number of challenging individual projects such as extending the facade, face-lifting the outside areas and improving the logistical situation. The enhancements will help to turn this asset into a workspace for new and existing tenants that will allow them to thrive and give their employees the best conditions in which to work in.
