Fidelity Worldwide Investment lease 6,000 square meters (1815 tsubo) office space
Fidelity Worldwide Investment Japan’s commitment follows the recent signing of Barneys Japan which will lease approximately 1,900 square meters (575 tsubo) of retail space. Tri-Seven Roppongi, which is scheduled for completion in spring 2016, is now more than 40% leased.

It is a leading foreign asset management company in Japan where it has had a presence for over 40 years.
